Resist

DAY 7 OF 8

Resist the anguish

It is likely that, as much as I, you too have had moments where anguish has knocked on your door, entered your house, and sat on the sofa waiting to have a coffee with you. And for this reason, I tell you:

Once, I was going through one of those moments, in which the debts in my home reached up to my neck, me without money and without knowing where I was going to get to pay.

After crying a lot, asking God for help and mercy, I decided to stop crying and be thankful for what I had. I adored my God, the creator of the entire universe as never before, saying to him: You know what? What happens as you have said and what happens is as you have wanted.

It was not until one night talking with my mother, I received a miracle from God (in that moment of so much anguish), which solved my problems.

That's why I tell you today that, when you are distressed by one problem or another, remember that God has everything under his control and, it is our responsibility to resist in the middle of the anguishing process because everything will depend on how much we resist and trust the providence of the Great I Am.

Perhaps your anguish is the health of a child or a relative; your financial situation; or some work situation, but I assure you that if you let God be God in your problems and difficulties, he will not leave you ashamed or oppressed where you are.

Cheer up! Your miracle is on the way.

Resist! Do not stop!
