Before reading today, take a moment to pray and invite God to speak to you through His Word. As you read, look closely for details in the text. For example, in Colossians 3:12, Paul uses the phrase "clothe yourselves." Imagine for a moment someone putting on a sweatshirt or jacket. As you read the chapter closely, you will see that this goes along with many of the other references in this chapter related to putting things on and taking things off.
