Real Hope: All InSample
Reflection Of Christ
Being all in means that your whole life reflects your love for and service of Jesus. People can see it; your words and actions reflect it, and God is glorified. We are not striving to be perfect and earn salvation, because this is impossible. We are striving to reflect our love for God and His saving work through Jesus in all our lives, and being guided by the Holy Spirit.
This is being all in. Being effective, being real, being true to Jesus in all situations at all times, and in all places. Being a Christian is not a part-time vocation. It is a life commitment to Jesus and the joys and comfort and peace that brings in all situations. This is being all in.
Peter sets this out clearly in these verses; make every effort to add faith, goodness, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, mutual affection and love. This is being all in.
These things do not come about overnight, and we should not be impatient because of that. Being all in is about growing, learning, committing and focusing on Jesus so we can be effective and productive in our knowledge and our lives.
Start by opening your Bible and read all of 2 Peter.

About this Plan
The decision to accept Christ as our Lord and Saviour is not one to be made lightly. God does not ask us to only follow Him when times are good. He does not ask us to only obey Him when we feel like it. He does not ask for half of our heart. No, He asks for all of us. For us to deny ourselves and pick up our cross and follow Him. What does a life that is ‘all in’ for Christ look like? Through this plan, we will be looking at just that. How we can live lives that are ‘all in’ for Christ and how can we encourage one another as we run this race of faith?
