Progress

Light leads to progress. Every time you switch the lights on the room is brighter and your vision is sharper. Light encourages motion and births confidence.

If you stand in a dark room your motion is hampered because there are things that could trip you, making you more likely to move with caution. Once light fills the room you can move faster, easier.

Light Forward means progress that is brought from light.

John 1:4-5 says, “The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.” (NLT).

It is my prayer that you encounter the Light of the World in His Word and you will "light forward" in the name of Jesus.

"Light Forward" is a phrase I have coined to explain the progress made possible by light because your life is newly illuminated. You "light forward". A person who is "light forward" makes the most of every opportunity that comes their way with the time that they have. Opportunities will come and go, but you are light forward when you can see and make the most of every opportunity and time.

To live a light forward life there are a couple of things we have to do. The first thing we must do to live a light forward life is: pay close attention to how we conduct ourselves. Next we discern what is right and act upon it, and finally, we steward our time with great caution and intentionality.
