Investors Respond to Poverty

DAY 3 OF 3

Use Our More to Help Those with Less

The unemployment figures continue to come out, businesses are closing. It seems like the end of a really difficult time is still far away. But then you read these kinds of passages, in some ways, it seems like God was preparing for this.

At our church alone we already have half a dozen people unemployed that just happened in the last couple of weeks. So how are we going to deal with that? How do we come together as a community to help each other? And then how do we come outside the church community to help everybody else so that the church can be the church?

When we look around and ask ourselves, what do we do with all this poverty and hurt and pain, we have to realize that we're the answer. Not us personally, but the Church. That's how God designed it.

Those who have more help those who have less. That's fellowship. That's faith in action.
