Paul is a business owner who admits he used to be a tyrant. Over the years, he developed a philosophy that his employees owed him, and that Paul didn’t owe them anything except a paycheck.

After searching God's Word, however, Paul discovered that God called him to be a shepherd, not a tyrant. He began caring for his team, rather than bullying them, and dramatically improved the company culture.

1 Peter 5:2 teaches, “Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be.”

Become an unconventional business leader known for caring for your team.
