GOD’S COMMANDMENTS

Can we imagine if the planets and all other celestial objects are not following the law of orderliness? What will happen?Destruction and disorder of the universe will happen. Thank God He creates the universe in order, so that everything in the universe follows an order.

The Israelites needed orderliness. God knew it. And that is why God commanded Moses to write down the law in the form of  moral code of conduct for the Israelites to live from.

As believers we need to trust God’s promises. We must be sure that what God said is the truth for us to hold on to. We have to show the evidence to the world by doing God’s will and doing what Jesus told us to do.

We are now living in the New Testament era when Jesus had come to fulfill the Law of Moral, or Torah, the law God set for the people in the Old Testament. It doesn’t mean that we can ignore the Ten Commandments because the Ten Commandments regulate man’s relationship to love God and to love their neighbours. If we follow God wholeheartedly, God will walk with us.

Christ gave His promises to bless us abundantly if we want to listen to God’s word and faithfully do all His commandments.
