Fear God And Keep His CommandmentsSample
No Other God.
Exodus 20:3 KJV declares, “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Fear God means to reverence Him with all of your heart. When you choose to worship God, with all of your heart, the weight of other things have no value — they fade away. Crave His Presence above all things. When you surrender to God, you’re laying down everything on the altar. Surrender to Him. Your life becomes a living altar when you surrender to Him.
When you put your trust in God, you’re making a decision to release the bondage of the past. When you surrender to God Sin does not have a hold on you. Worship releases breakthrough. Worship has purpose. Worship has power. Worship carries weight.
Worship God through your talents, skills, abilities and gifts. Don’t worship the talents and gifts that God has given you. Worship the Giver of the gift. You are His instrument. You are to be used by Him in every season. Let God use your story. Let God use every aspect of your life. Let God breathe into your life. Let Christ have priority in your life. Let Christ sit on the throne of your heart. Choose not to exalt things or people above God.
Choose to let your gifts, talents, and abilities send up a sweet smelling aroma that worships Him. Worship Him. Worship God through your job. Worship God through your business. Worship God through your talents. Worship God through your lifestyle. Let your character reflect Him. Let your speech reflect Him. Let your private and public life reflect Christ. Choose to reflect Him in every season of life.
Obedience is a choice. Worship is a choice. Choose to keep, guard and protect His Commandments. “Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.” Psalms 119:11 KJV
