30/30 Challenge Reading Plan

DAY 7 OF 30

It’s amazing to see in this scripture that when you simply “observe and do according to all that is written” in God’s Word, then you are wise and can “have good success.” The Bible is the ultimate key to having the life you’re longing for!

There’s a scripture that gives us insight about what a truly successful life looks like. Matthew 6:33 (NIV) says to “seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Basically, Jesus is telling us here that as we keep our focus on God and follow His will for our lives, we’ll have real peace, joy, wisdom and success that come from being right with God.

The great news is, we don’t have to strive in our own strength and knowledge to find peace, joy, wisdom, righteousness and anything else we need. God is offering it to us through His Word and a personal relationship with Him. So if you’re not experiencing the “good success” of a loving, purposeful, peaceful and joyful life, then you simply need to adjust your focus on what you’re seeking. God is the only source of real wisdom and success.

Walk It Out

Spending time studying the Bible is a key to spending time with God, seeking Him and everything He has for us. To discover how you can “make your way prosperous…deal wisely and have good success,” meditate on scriptures in which Jesus talks about the way we should live. To help you get started, check out Matthew 5.

About this Plan

30/30 Challenge Reading Plan

Are you studying the Bible or just casually reading it? God doesn’t want us to just skim His Word—He wants us to meditate on it and to allow it to change us from the inside out. That’s why Joyce Meyer issued the challenge to study God’s Word for 30 minutes a day for 30 days. This 30-day reading plan consists of encouragement from Joyce that will help you develop the habit of daily scripture reading. We’re confident this study will help you engage with the Bible and discover the impact it can make on your life. Give God 30 days and see what happens!
