# The Spirit Confesses ## Daily Thought: > In 1 John 4, John explores some incredible ways the Holy Spirit interacts with humanity. In discussing the life and work of Christ, John ensures that the Holy Spirit will confess the true nature of Christ. John uses this truth to ensure that we, as God’s people, can accurately discern truth in our lives.
