Courageous Humility Pt. 1Sýnishorn
Jesus Christ is our rock, our solid ground, our dwelling place of sure footing! Are there seasons where we forget, such as is implied in Psalm 78, and we simply need to be reminded? Or perhaps we’ve never before read these Scripture to know He is our Rock?
Might it be the Scripture have been read, but perhaps only skimmed and intellectually agreed with, rather than studied, deeply planted, watered, nurtured and tended to, in order to grow and become an unwavering tree of reality within our minds? Take a few minutes to capture where you sense you are with this. Be courageous by being honest, and allowing God to help you see where you REALLY are. God desires to steady and balance our walk with Him.
Do I know Jesus Christ is my Rock? Where do I find my footing today?
Prayer: Lord, help us be completely open and honest with You as we come to You in prayer, trusting You will reveal to us where we stand. We desire to stand and reside within You, our Rock and Redeemer! Where we have stepped outside of the place of Your covering because of willful sin, cause us to courageously repent, then lovingly correct and reset our position. Where we have unknowingly veered from alignment with You, bring to our awareness where we have done so. Give us the courage to rise up and get back into the place of Your dwelling and place of calling for our lives. Where we have never heard You are to be our Rock and place of sure footing, expand our desire to understand and know You! Where folks are living without this hope of a sure footing because they do not know You, Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior yet, I pray they come to the knowledge via Your faithful people who live courageously for Christ, demonstrating the firm foundation found in living life for You. Thank You Jesus! Amen.

About this Plan
Be strong. Be Alert. Be Courageous. These words are the premise of this 30 day study where you will uncover God's desire for you to call out to Him and trust He will hear. Not only hear, but set you on sure footing, a path He sets before you, for your sake and the sake of those around you. From there you will dig into Scripture around what it means to courageously step into God's presence, how to do so, and what you can expect as a result of going into His presence. Finally, you will be encouraged to step towards the healing Christ offers, both individually, and as the collective Bride of Christ. Each day you will be encouraged to ask questions, seek answers in God and His Word, and identify the step YOU sense the Holy Spirit compelling you to take. Courage accompanies ACTION, and Christ reveals to us where to move next, while the Holy Spirit empowers us to do so!
