Playbook: The Game Plan for Navigating Temptation

DAY 2 OF 28

Have you ever gotten lost? Whether it was in a store as a kid, trying to find your way to class in a new school, or on a road trip with your parent, you probably know that feeling lost doesn’t feel so great. The good news is that, as followers of Jesus, we can confidently know that, even though we may feel lost and alone, we’ll never be left lost and alone. Why? Because that’s what Jesus made possible! His life, death, and resurrection ended our separation from God. That means there’s no temptation—big or small—that we have to face on our own. Because of Jesus, we have access to a God who knows us, loves us, and will guide us toward what’s best for us in every situation.

Take time to pray today, thanking God that because of Jesus, you’ll never be lost in the face of temptation.
