Acceptance: Embracing the unknown
When faced with the uncertainty of how we will accomplish God's calling, we must first embark on a journey of total surrender. This journey involves yielding our plans, fears, and reservations to the Lord, acknowledging that His understanding surpasses ours, and trusting that He will faithfully guide us.
Alongside surrender, we must cultivate persistent faith, anchoring ourselves in the certainty of God's faithfulness and promises, enabling us to remain steadfast even when the path ahead seems unclear. This persistent faith fuels our perseverance, empowering us to press on despite the challenges we may face.
Moreover, as we step into the unknown, we rely on God's divine provision, for His calling is never unaccompanied. He equips those He calls with the necessary skills, resources, and support. It is through this journey, embracing surrender, faith, and reliance on His provision, that we grow, learn, and witness His work in our lives.
Questions to ponder:
- Am I truly surrendering my plans, desires, and fears to God, trusting His understanding and guidance even when I can't foresee the outcome? What areas of my life need deeper surrender and trust in His plan?
- Do I maintain unwavering faith in God's promises when facing the unknown? How can I strengthen my faith to endure uncertainty and challenges?

Together, we'll walk through each step of the process and explore how God can use our "ordinary, mundane" lives for purpose that extends past ourselves...
