Your First Chapter: Remember What Matters MostSýnishorn
The Impossible Becomes Possible!
Do you have a dream that is completely unrealistic and seems unattainable to you? Maybe you want to finally get rid of an addiction that takes away your daily joy in life.
Then you are in good hands! God wants to give you your miracle, but you must believe. I don't mean, do you believe your dream could come true, but do you believe in God?
I'd love to see the look on your face right now, because I'm sure you'll answer, "Sure I do, Déborah, or I wouldn't be watching/reading this!"
I recently reread the story of Abraham and Sarah. God allowed Sarah, who was barren and already ninety years old, to become pregnant! Abraham, at 100, would not even have dared to dream of that!
When God first revealed this promise to Abraham, he laughed in disbelief, but in the book of Hebrews, it says:
"Faith enabled Abraham to become a father, even though he was old and Sarah had never been able to have children. Abraham trusted that God would keep his promise. Abraham was as good as dead. Yet, from this man came descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as countless as the grains of sand on the seashore." (Hebrews 11:11-12 GW)
Something had happened in Abraham’s heart. He had exchanged his doubts for confidence, and experienced his miracle. The impossible becomes possible when you believe and trust God fully!
The key is in the sentence: Abraham was convinced that the One who promised him a son was trustworthy.
Are you convinced that God is trustworthy, when He says, “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John 8:32 NIV)
“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” (Hebrews 11:6 NIV)
This is His offer to you today: I want to set you free. As you believe in Me, look to Me prayerfully, and trust in Your miracle! Are you ready today to exchange your doubts for trust?
Thank you for you!
You are a miracle!
Déborah
