100 Days of Prayer for Women: What to Pray During Your Busiest Days by Carolyn LarsenSýnishorn
Father,
I love Bill Gaither’s old gospel song that says, “The longer I serve him, the sweeter he grows.” I’m finding that to be very true. Thank you, Father, for picking me up when I fall flat on my face (time and time again). Thank you for brushing off the cobwebs and welcoming me home when it’s been so very long since I’ve made time to be with you. Thank you for giving me your strength when I have none. Thank you for filling me with your joy when I can’t find any on my own. Thank you for guiding me through life when everything around me seems dark and murky. Thank you for loving me even when I can’t love myself—especially then. Thank you for forgiving me over and over again. Thank you for your grace and mercy. Thank you for seeing deep into my heart when my actions and words don’t reflect its desires. Thank you for difficult times that teach me to lean on you.
Thank you for cleaning up messes that my impetuousness causes. Thank you that it’s really true that you grow sweeter and more precious to me with every single day.

About this Plan
You live a busy life, juggling work, family, chores, and more. Challenges like difficult relationships, health concerns, deferred dreams, and loss come into this busy life. And also blessings, like a new job, a new baby, new friends, and new hobbies. All of these are things you can pray about. But maybe you're not sure how. Spend the next seven days learning to express yearning, praise, lament, and gratitude to God in the precious few extra minutes you have.
