Walk Through The Bible 365 - NovemberSýnishorn
It’s Empty!
An empty tomb: now there’s a ghost story that could be scary. The women who went to embalm Jesus’ body knew he had been taken there. They knew he was dead, but now he was gone. Was he really that powerful? Could he change the natural order and conquer even death? Was the person they had been walking and talking with for three years really God in the flesh? Incredible!
Prayer: Father God, I’m so grateful for that empty tomb. I’m glad this sad world is not all there is; that Jesus paid the price for our sin and conquered death once and for all. It’s a miracle that never ceases to amaze me. May it also empower my life today to serve you better. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
