He Is My FortressSýnishorn
He Is My Fortress.
“I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.” Psalms 91:2 KJV
According to Strong’s Concordance, the Hebrew word for “Fortress” is, ‘matsuwd’ (H4686) which means, “Net, fastness, castle, defense, stronghold, or strong place.” God is my strong place. He is my castle of defense. He is my stronghold and refuge. He is my Net. I will rest in His Power. I will rest in His Strength. He is my Stronghold and no one can defeat Him.
He is my Fort — He covers me. He protects me. God shields me. I will put my trust in He who quiets the storm. No wave can crush Him. No storm can defeat Him. He is unstoppable. He is impenetrable. He is everlasting and in Him will I trust.
He is my financial fortress. He is my emotional refuge. He is my strength in the middle of the storm. My faith will not waver. I will not fear. Though the enemy may come to trap me, I will find safety in You.
I choose to put my trust in Your hands. You are my safety net. You are my comfort and shield. I will say of the Lord, He is my rearguard and He protects me on every side. Favor goes before me. Mountains bow before You. Who shall stand before our great king? He is my Rock, my Fortress, my Strength and Song. No one can defeat Him.
