God's Redemption Story (Genesis)

ỤBỌCHỊ 8 NKE 25

Noah, his family, and the animals got on the ark, watched God close the door, and waited. The storm lasted forty days and nights, but that was only the beginning. In total, they all stayed on that boat for one year and ten days before the land was dry enough for them to get off. Can you imagine the noise? The smell? The shoveling? This was a serious invasion of everyone’s personal space bubbles!

Have you ever had to wait on God? Maybe you followed his lead, but your life feels flooded with trouble right now. Maybe you have some relationships that make you desperate for a little elbow room. Maybe the view from your window is a raging storm.

Genesis 8:1 says, “But God remembered Noah and all the beast and all the livestock that were with him in the ark.” Hold tight to the promise that God remembers you, too. Very soon, he will open the door and invite you to step into the sunshine.
