God tells us that the thing we should care about more than anything is our heart. When your heart is broken or hurting, it impacts everything else in your life. It’s just that important!

So, what can you do this week to take care of your heart? Whether it’s setting a boundary, stepping away from a relationship, or deciding to stop doing something, decide to do that thing and guard your heart this week.
