THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO ACCESS THE FATHER

The scripture referring to Jesus as ‘The Truth,' is one of the most profound of all, and if there was but only one scripture for others to know about, this is the one they should know. Many false religions have deceived the world. Jesus speaks in this sentence and tells the world that HE is the only way, He is the only truth, and He is Life. He says that no one can access God except through Him. May we all grasp this truth.

“Jesus answered, “I am the way and the ‘truth’ and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6

Jesus said He is ‘the Vine,’ and His Father is the Husbandman. The Husbandman in the Bible was the owner or master of the land. Jesus shows His connection to the Owner (the Father) and the branches (you and me). We will bear much fruit when we are a genuine part of the Vine. We will want to share about Jesus and live our lives in a way that others see Jesus in us.

“I am the ‘vine,’ ye are the branches: He that abides in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” John 15:5

LET US PAUSE:

Today I encourage you to purchase a tiny ivy plant or a philodendron because they are vines. You will notice if leaves turn yellow or brown as you tend to them. When that happens, you remove them from the vine so they do not cause the plant harm. Nurturing this plant is another way of realizing that we, too, must remain spiritually healthy to stay attached to The Vine!
