Video Transcript:
Does your faith ever feel shaky? Do you worry that the lies of the enemy will succeed in ruining your relationship with God? Don't worry. You are secure in the hands of Jesus, all right? He cares for you, and He's always caring for you just like a good shepherd, and He won't let the enemy devour you.
This is Jesus's promise for you, from John 10:27-30. You look it up for yourself. He says…
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish and no one will snatch them out of My hand. And my father who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand. And I and the Father are one, He said.
So, you can be encouraged by that truth!
You do hear God's voice. You are His child. Listen for His voice as a child would for his father's, and He will speak to you. God has you; He's holding on to you in His hands. The enemy will not be able to snatch you or take you from Him.
God's love is stronger than the efforts of our adversary. If you struggle with doubt, know that you can bring your questions about your faith to Him in prayer. You can also look at the Bible. Don't give up looking at the Word of God, to find the answers and that deep understanding. And, ask any believing friend to work it through with you and you can work together to help clarify all these things through the Word of God. He is so good. Sometimes He seems too good to be true. But He's real. His way is the right way and it's for you. He is who He says He is. When your faith is weak, He'll be strong.
Listen for His voice. He loves you, and He's calling you, and He is with you even right now.
