What’s one thing you spend most of your time thinking about? Maybe it’s your favorite sport, your friends, your favorite YouTube channel, or planning how you can go viral on TikTok. Whatever it is, the things we spend the most time doing and the most time thinking about will be what our hearts desire the most. They’ll be the things we value the most with our time, our energy, and our choices. So, ask yourself: What are you thinking about most? What do you value? Is it something good and healthy? Or something that might need to change?

 This week, start by memorizing this verse. Let it be the thing you think about the most this week.
