21 Days of Breakthroughનમૂનો
“When you fast, when you pray, when you give…” – Matthew 6
Dear Friends,
It’s an incredible privilege to enter this season of prayer and fasting together. Over the next 21 days, we are setting aside time to seek God intentionally—through fasting, prayer, and giving. In Matthew 6, Jesus uses the words “when you fast…” “when you pray…”, In other words, fasting is not an “it” but a when. So congratulations as we take this step together!
Matthew 6 reminds us that these three practices draw us closer to the heart of God and position us to experience His faithfulness in extraordinary ways.
Fasting is about removing distractions so that we can fix our focus on Him. It’s not about what we’re giving up—it’s about what we’re gaining: more of His presence, more of His guidance, and more of His peace. Prayer connects us to His power, and generosity aligns our hearts with His Kingdom. When we fast, when we pray, and when we give, we are saying to God, “I trust You to work in my life, my family, and my church.”
Each day, I’ll be walking with you through stories from Scripture, personal reflections, and encouragement for this journey. Take time to reflect, pray, and let God speak to you. I’m believing that as we lean into this together, He will do above and beyond all we could ask or imagine.

Day 1: Write it Down
Before this journey begins, let’s take a moment to set the tone for the next 21 days. What are you believing God for? Maybe it’s a breakthrough in your health, a restored relationship, clarity in your calling, or spiritual growth. Whatever it is, write it down.
There’s something powerful about writing down your prayers and dreams. It transforms abstract hopes into clear goals. It’s not just a list of requests—it’s a declaration of faith. You’re saying, “God, I’m trusting You to move.”
Now, decide when and where you’ll meet with God each day during this fast. Will it be early in the morning, during your lunch break, or in the stillness of the evening? Choose a specific time and a quiet place. This is your sacred appointment with Him—guard it like you would any other priority in your life.
Today, start with this:
- Write down what you’re believing for in this season.
- Pray and commit this fast to God, asking Him to strengthen and guide you.
- Thank Him in advance for what He’s going to do.
Remember, God is faithful. He hears your prayers, sees your sacrifice, and honors your commitment.
