SAVE ME FROM GRUMBLING
Throughout scripture, much is said about grumbling or complaining. Our tongue has the ability to, by the words we speak, to edify and exhort, or to cause harm. When you interact with others, are you an encourager and a good listener? Or do you shut them down, which would be a form of complaining.
It all reflects back to our heart and what lies within. That will show and be apparent by our words and actions and whether how we speak and live our lives glorifies God.
Complaining can also affect our physical and spiritual health and diffuse God's life in us. A good gauge of my state is to ask my loved ones and those closest to me whether I'm guilty of complaining. Truth spoken in love should cause me to reflect and do an honest self-examination. It can change our hearts and cause us to view things with optimism and hope rather than despair.
May the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be pleasing to you, oh LORD!
Something that I've incorporated into my life is a gratitude journal, as it keeps me on track to be positive!

About this Plan
In His most familiar prayer, Jesus uttered a four-word "dangerous prayer:" "Your will be done" (Matthew 6:10). It takes trust in God's goodness and faithfulness to pray for His will in our lives. I want to invite you to have the same heart and desire as Jesus and to follow His lead in these four words: "Your will be done."
