Days of Prayer to Discover Your Identity in Godનમૂનો
God Wants to Be with You!
God sees everything about you, and He is full of encouragement for you. God says that He will never change His plan for you to fully experience His complete and perfect love.
God wants each of us to experience the intimacy of true fellowship with Him—our Father, our Creator, the holy and almighty God. However, for this to happen, He had to design a way that permitted us to be near Him and His holiness. Why did He do it? The Word of God says He did it for His own sake. What a revelation!
Yes, we are beneficiaries of Jesus’s death on the cross, but God gave His only Son to blot out our sins. He wanted to be with us, but because of His holiness, God cannot have fellowship with sin and darkness. His creation was lost in sin, and He wanted to bring us back so that He could be with us.
God will never be happy about our sin. God will never wink at our disobedience. All the times we turn our back on Him and disobey what we know is true, He must blot out, erase permanently, forever destroy, and “never think of them again.” He is ready for us to repent, so He can welcome us back into His arms.
You are loved, you are wanted, and you are constantly looked upon with the highest love and devotion by the almighty God of the universe, who just happens to be your heavenly Father. We are children of God, and He desires that each of us experience the intimacy of true fellowship with Him, with His Son Jesus, and with the Holy Spirit.
Remember we are His idea in the first place. He knew before He created us that we would fail Him many times, but that didn’t stop Him because His plans are always perfect. God made you just the way He wanted you to be, for His sake. He created us in His image. The fall of man messed things up, but even then, God made a way for you and me to have access to Him twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
Let’s go to God in prayer and confess the truth of His Word. Read Isaiah 26:3 out loud and declare God’s peace on your life.
