Integrity means living a life that is consistent, honest, and moral—both in public and in private. It’s about doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. In the battle against lust, pornography, and infidelity, integrity is crucial because these sins often flourish in secrecy. When you choose to live with integrity, your actions align with your words, and duplicity is removed. Integrity isn’t just about avoiding sin, but actively pursuing righteousness in every area of your life. It sets a powerful example for your family, establishing a foundation of trust, respect, and accountability.

One of the ways I ensure I walk in integrity is by being transparent with my wife—addressing potential temptations before they have a chance to take root. For example, a woman recently messaged me on social media regarding a business inquiry. Nothing inappropriate was said, but my mind tempted me with thoughts like, “Why not check out her profile?” Instead of entertaining those thoughts, I got up, went to my wife’s office, and laid my phone down in front of her. I explained the situation and showed her the message. Neither of us had done anything wrong, but this simple act of transparency was a step toward protecting both my heart and my marriage.

That’s what integrity looks like: being proactive, addressing even the smallest temptations before they have a chance to grow, and maintaining transparency with the ones you love. When you live with integrity, you honor God, your spouse, and the commitments you’ve made, ensuring that your life remains aligned with your values.
