The Audacity of Faithનમૂનો
Faith and Spiritual Maturity
There is a dimension of spiritual growth and maturity we must attain to be a full beneficiary of God's divine promises. In his letter to the Corinthians, Apostle Paul said, "I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready" 1 Cor 3:2. Paul wasn't referring to milk or solid food in its literal sense, but rather the level of spiritual depth they couldn't handle.
One of the metrics of a mature Christian life is how we demonstrate and express our faith. The more we put faith to work, the more we understand the true nature of God, and sometimes, this means living on the edge. Faith is not a mere theory we explain or teach; it's a virtue we must live out. A step of faith doesn't always look safe, but sometimes, to experience the supernatural, we have to dare the impossible.
What are you trusting God for in this season, and what steps of faith have you taken to help bring it to fruition? We often don't have control over certain outcomes; the best we can do is play our part. Think of the farmers: they can't control the sunshine, and they can't control the rain (not cloud seeding), but they can cultivate the land and plant their seeds. May I also encourage you to plant your seed and wait for the rain, knowing fully well that God is too faithful to fail.
When we walk in faith, we grow spiritually. Galatians 4:8 explains it better, "Think of it this way. If a father dies and leaves an inheritance for his young children, those children are not much better off than slaves until they grow up, even though they actually own everything their father had." The same applies to us; if we don't grow spiritually, we won't be beneficiaries of many divine blessings. Faith is the primary component that creates every other material blessing in our lives.
How many of God's blessings in our lives remain unclaimed due to fear? Noah built an arc when there was no sign of rain, Abraham left his homeland for an unknown location, and Peter walked on water. These are demonstrations that defy logic, but faith is not always logical.
Friends, I want to leave you with this, Hebrews 11:1-3, "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for. By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible."
Keep Faith Alive. For with God, nothing is impossible.

About this Plan
Life is a daring adventure but most people take the path of security and certainty. Every promise of God will require faith to be obtained. Our goal is not to arrive safely at death; the grave benefits nothing from the unfulfilled promises of God in our lives. This devotional provides practical insights on how to live a faith-filled life in a world of doubt and uncertainty.
