Consecration for Men: 5 Days of Prayer and Fastingનમૂનો
Faithful
Stand firm.
Definition: Faithfulness is firm allegiance to someone or something.
Faithful —> Emet (Hebrew) —> steady, trustworthy, reliable
God has been faithful to His people. He has delivered them from slavery. He stole seas to make a way for them to enter the promised land. He has given them victory over their enemies. Now, in the face of pressure, the Israelites are confronted with a decision to make, serve God or serve false gods. Joshua charges the people to “serve the Lord with faithfulness.” He goes first in leading by stating, “As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”
Joshua and his household chose to remain faithful to God. No matter the options. No matter the temptations. No matter the pressure. They had already made up their minds. While Joshua decided for his household, the people needed to decide on their own.
What's At Stake?
To be faithful to God is to trust God. Trust in God is revealed by the decisions we make in life. From small decisions to big decisions, they reveal who I trust. When temptations arise, do I trust God to lead me to overcome them or not? Do I trust obeying God has greater benefits than disobeying God? To not trust God is to make life decisions without his guidance which likely may lead us to something that is not His will.
To be unfaithful to God in small things will lead us to be unfaithful to God in big things.
Results of Faithfulness
Preserved (Psalm 31:23)
Favor (Luke 12:42-44)
Crown of Life (Revelation 2:10)
Protection (Proverbs 2:8)
Questions
Questions for God:
- Is there any area that I am being unfaithful towards you?
- What areas in my life have I not been trusting you in?
Questions for others:
- On a scale of 1-10, what would you rate me when it comes to “being faithful”?
- Do you view me as someone who is reliable? Why or why not?
Application
- Invite someone today to hold you accountable for the areas you desire to grow in faithfulness.
- Evaluate your commitment levels and identify what you should be doing and not be doing this season. Your daily encounters should be your highest priority.
Your family should be your next highest priority (spouse, children).
Prayer
- Lord, You are the one, true living God. Forgive me for where I have been unfaithful to you. I choose to serve you and you alone. Amen.

About this Plan
We are calling all men to 5 Days of Consecration. This is a time for men to band together in this call to consecration. Our world needs a “set apart” band of brothers to spiritually lift and spiritually lead. The time is now for sons, fathers, brothers and leaders to be a holiness company, unmixed from things of the world. Consecration is a choice. It is time we choose to be consecrated.
