THE POWER WITHIN

I have learned on my journey that trying to accomplish God's purpose in "my" strength is impossible. The scripture confirms that all things are possible with God. He has granted us His power, and He doesn't expect us to rely on our own strength or intelligence. That is the purpose of the gift of the Holy Spirit: to empower us for the assignments ahead.

When we encounter what appears to be insurmountable challenges, we should stand resolute in our faith and draw upon our inner strength, the Holy Spirit. By allowing God to reveal His strategy and following His guidance, we can conquer adversity. It's crucial to remember that trials may come to break us down, but through God's grace, they can also break us open to our true essence if we endure the process.

Prayer infuses us with the confident faith to persevere through the haze of trials. Amid life's difficulties, my intentional communication with God has taught me to lean into God in the posture of transparent vulnerability rather than relying solely on my temporal visibility.

Greater is HE that is within us … than he that is in the world. We can do all things through Christ, who strengthens us. Spending time in prayer helps us to focus on the GREATER.
