5 Prayers for Financial Increaseનમૂનો
Prayer 2: Lord, Make Me a Good Steward
Everything in the world belongs to God—even the things we might think that we ourselves own. For example:
- The house you live in is God's.
- The clothes you wear are God's.
- The food you eat is God's.
- The vehicle you drive belongs to God.
- All the money in your bank account belongs to God.
The truth is that you and I do not own anything. Everything belongs to God.
According to Scripture, we are not owners. We are only stewards of God's own resources. And, with stewardship comes responsibility.
1 Corinthians 4:2 says:
“Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful."
If we are going to be good stewards of God's stuff, then we have to manage His stuff His way. Nothing else will be blessed.
So pray this if you desire financial increase today:
"Father God, in Jesus' name, thank You for showing me in Your Word that everything belongs to You.
Lord, I release my hold on everything I've been thinking was my own. I even release my hold on thinking that I belong to myself, for I am not my own; I am bought with a price and I belong to You. I acknowledge that I don't own anything, and that everything in Heaven and earth is Yours.
So, Father, since everything is Yours and I'm only a steward, please help me to manage everything You've entrusted to my care—and to manage it the way You want me to:
- Break my heart for what breaks Yours.
- Help me to love what You love, and hate what You hate.
- Help me to do what You do, and say what You say.
- Help me to be a good and faithful steward of all things.
- Help me to please You in the way I manage everything about my life and the things You've lent to me.
Thank You, Father. In Jesus' name, amen."
