Astonishing

God’s acts are undeniably real, supernatural, and full of incomparable power. When Jesus walked the earth, He did an abundance of miracles, so many that the Bible couldn’t contain them all. When people gathered to see the wonders that Jesus wrought, they were astonished and gave glory and honor to God. They knew He was special. Some rightfully believed that He was the Messiah, for they had never seen anyone who spoke or moved with such authority. Since God is the same yesterday, today, and forever, we should keep our eyes open for His mighty wonders.

You have opened my eyes, Lord. I have seen Your glory and wonders. I have seen Your beauty all around me. You have produced miracles in my life. Open my eyes to Your truth; I want to see all that You have done. I bow down to You, Almighty One.
