Bring Your Burdens to Jesusનમૂનો
Where You Are Now Is Not Where You Will Remain
“I bring a lightened spirit to you now. I offer it to you, offering a new way to participate in this day. There is much you think you need to hold—politics, the aches of this world—its environmental troubles, its discord, disharmony, distress, and pain. But I hold it all. I hear every cry. I hear every desperate plea. I am not unmoved. I am not aloof. I am not standing by passive, with little care for the suffering and the fears, heartaches, and worries. I hold it all.
"And I am responding. I am present. I am loving you. I am loving this world. Bring me your tired heart. Bring me your silent prayers. Bring me your toil and trouble. Bring me the dreams you are afraid to dream. Bring me the passions within you you’ve chosen to quiet. It is time to sing now—sing out loud the hopes and passions I’ve given you. In the midst of this trouble, in the midst of this life that is not so easy to bear.
"I walk with you. I stay with you. I see further, deeper, and longer. Where you are now is not where you will remain. But right here, in this challenge you face right now, you will grow stronger. You will see me working, giving you all my love, all my wisdom, all my guidance, over and over and over again. Release your fears now. Release your doubts now. Open your hands and let me place in them a vision of seeing that is beyond this troubled world.
"I am the light that shines in all darkness. I am the voice who calls out in the silence. I am the strength of your heart. You don’t have to be strong the way you think you do. Strength is believing I am strong for you. Hope is believing goodness is here, even when it is not readily possible to see it now. It is coming. I am with you. I am for you.
"So raise your head. Look at my face. What will you believe in? Darkness or light? Fear or hope? I’ve got you. I’ve got you. I’ve got you. You are more than okay.”
