Praying Scripture Over Your Husbandનમૂનો
More Than a Conqueror
Husbands are often known for their brave fronts. They can be under stress or in the fire of a trial, and you may not even know anything about it. They can be struggling, battling complicated emotions they have no idea how to deal with, or feeling like everything is falling apart. Your prayers for them over the battles they face are so needed.
There will be times when different battles require different responses. They often need to step back, do as Exodus 14 says, and be still and allow the Lord to fight for them. Other times they must remember that they are more than conquerors and get suited up for battle. Regardless, they are called to persevere under trial because that perseverance works out some great things for them, and it comes with the Lord's blessings. But that perseverance is not easy, and they will need the Lord's help.
Perhaps as you're going through this devotion now, your husband is under a personal trial that you may or may not be aware of, or you are facing a test together. Whatever or whenever the test comes, he will need to cling to Jesus and develop the courage to persevere.
Let's Pray:
Lord, thank you that even under trials, you never allow us to become destroyed. I pray that you use any difficulty in my husband's life for his good and your glory. May he have the courage to rise under each one, learn from it whatever he needs to know, and see it with the proper perspective, you see it in. Go before him preventing trials, and go behind him redeeming them. Let him know that he never has to fight battles alone. In Jesus' name, Amen.
