I Am The Vineનમૂનો
Your Leaf Shall Not Wither.
“Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.” Psalm 1:1-3 KJV
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly. Choose to be connected to Christ—the True Vine. Choose to follow after the Way and Counsel of Christ. Choose not to follow the advice of the ungodly.
The Amplified Version puts it this way, “BLESSED (HAPPY, fortunate, prosperous, and enviable) is the man who walks and lives not in the counsel of the ungodly [following their advice, their plans, and purposes].”
Choose to delight in the Law of the Lord. Follow His Way and meditate upon His Word day and night. The Amplified Version puts it this way, “But his delight and desire are in the law of the Lord, and on His law (the precepts, the instructions, the teachings of God) he habitually meditates (ponders and studies) by day and by night.” Psalm 1:2 AMPC
Choose to habitually meditate, ponder, and study the precepts, the instructions, and the teachings of God. Psalm 1:3 AMPC declares, “And he shall be like a tree firmly planted [and tended] by the streams of water, ready to bring forth its fruit in its season; its leaf also shall not fade or wither; and everything he does shall prosper [and come to maturity].”
Stay connected to the Vine and your leaf will not wither. Stay connected to the Vine and you’ll stay firmly planted by the streams of water. With Christ, you will bring forth fruit—in your season. Stay connected to the Vine and everything that you touch will prosper. Stay connected to the Vine.
