The children also understand honesty
When dealing with children, both on the witness stand and on the convict seat in court, Sir Henry Hawkins always displayed a good demeanor.
Once he tested a child to see if he understood the meaning of the oath. He asked the following questions to the child.
"If I say that you have oranges in your mouth, is it true?"
"No, it’s a lie."
"And if I say that you have an orange in your hand?"
"That's another lie."
"And if I promise you a bag of oranges but don't give it to you, what is it called?"
"That is a lie."
"And if I then give you that bag of oranges?"
"That is the truth."
"Very well; I'll do it," said Sir Henry. And he did what he said.
Children's hearts are God's most precious creation.
Don't break it. Whatever the price, don't break it.
(Joseph l. Whitten)
2 Peter 3:18
“But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.”
Reflection:
To demonstrate the value of truth, you need to be honest about what you see and believe. There is only the word "AMEN" in His word which means "yes" is "yes" and "no" is "no". Have you been honest today? It's better to start now than never.

About this Plan
In the life of a family, children are a gift from God. Fathers and mothers have an important role to play in building children's spiritual lives and teaching them the values of life. This reflection will help parents to set an example and teach their children to fear the Lord.
