There Is Hope: A Road to Healingનમૂનો
The Lord will Restore and Comfort
If you are reading this plan, chances are you have experienced trauma in your life and you are seeking some help or hope.
Let me tell you right from the beginning, welcome. I am so glad you are here. I don’t believe you are here by accident. I believe God brought you here because He wants to speak to you. Sister, I believe He wants to begin to heal your broken spirit, heart, and mind. He is near.
I don’t know what trauma you may have endured. Maybe you were sexually abused as a child or assaulted as an adult. Maybe you endured a relationship that involved domestic violence. Maybe as you were growing up you were verbally or physically abused or even neglected. Whatever brought you to this plan, I want you to know there is hope and healing in Jesus.
If I were sitting across from you right now, I would grab your hands, look right into your beautiful face and I would tell you:
This was not your fault.
You are not too broken.
You are worthy of love.
You can be healed and whole.
You can find strength.
You can rest.
You can feel peace.
You can live in freedom.
You can feel joy.
There is hope.
You may not feel these things at this moment, but as a girl who has been through trauma and is now on the other side, I can promise you, if you will allow Jesus in, He will heal you and restore you. You will come to see and believe that all these things are true. He can even heal you to the point that you want to help in the healing process of others.
For today I would like to encourage you to meditate on, read out loud, pray, and rest in some verses from Psalms. They are some of my favorites and verses I highlighted when I first started on my journey to healing through Christ.
Pray and ask God how you can use His truths. May I suggest that you read them out loud and proclaim them as truth over your life? You could write them out and hang them in a place easy for you to see like your bathroom mirror, the visor in your car, or your refrigerator. If you choose to do this, try to place them somewhere you can see them daily. My hope is you would be reminded over and over that the Lord is near, He will save you, restore you, and comfort you!
After you do that, would you write down what you hope to happen from reading this plan? Insert a note into YouVersion for these verses (simply tap the verses>>Click Note>>type your Note>>Click Save) &/or place a note in your physical Bible.
Let’s do this to set down a remembrance stone for our journey together.

About this Plan
Statistics show that about 1 in 2 women have endured an attempted or completed sexual assault and 1 in 3 are impacted by domestic violence. This shows that we have many women who need hope and healing! I’m not an expert, just someone within those statistics who loves Jesus and wants to help others.
