Put On The New Manનમૂનો
Being Holy For Plenitude
A walnut tree takes four to five years to bear fruit. We, the children of God, do not bear nuts; the fruit of our life is Christ, and we know for certain that Christ is worth so much more than a nut. If Christ is the fruit, how long does it take for Him to be seen in us? Waiting for the harvest takes patience! We need to be patient for the virtues and dimensions of Christ to be manifested in the different areas of our lives.
Clothe Ourselves With Love
Finally, Paul says, “Clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony.” Love and hate are different. Never leave your house naked, without love, because you will fail. Clothe yourself with love, because this will change the way you see life, your spouse, and your family. I love my wife, my children, my friends, and the people who work with me; that is my decision.
To decide to clothe ourselves with the perfect bond of love makes us see life as meaningful, with hope and joy. There are people who are bitter and do not trust anyone. Everything seems wrong to them. They never have a good perspective. They do not even love themselves. Let us love God first, who is the source of love because He is love. Let us love ourselves because God loves us, and then we can love other people.
What will be the outcome? That we will learn to bear with and forgive each other, no matter our differences because Christ forgave us first. If God forgave us through His Son for everything we did, how can we not walk clothed with love, with Christ? We wear new clothes; we are no longer wearing smelly ragged clothes, but understanding that God our Father gave us the best garments He had. He gave us His Son Jesus Christ so that we can walk clothed with Him so that we can be seen in a different way.
We must decide what to leave behind what we still carry. We must decide to walk, for the rest of our lives, wearing God’s characteristics. We no longer want to walk with our old garments; we do not want smelly socks. I refer to those areas from Adam that we did not want to put off, even when God gave us a new garment. Let’s stop walking with patched-up clothes. Instead, let us walk in the fullness of God, the life that has been given to us, and everything Christ has to offer so that we can fulfill the purpose for which we were created.

About this Plan
The author of this plan illustrates how, when we were without Christ, we had put on the body of Adam. Since the day we believed in Jesus, we began to put on the body of Christ. It is our decision to put on the new clothes someone gives us, or leave them for moths to ruin. God did not only give us new clothes, but the best clothes.
