Love God Greatly - Galatiansનમૂનો

Paul explains to the Galatians that they must learn to walk in the freedom that Christ has provided for them rather than adding the law to their salvation. Paul tells them to stand fast in the liberty Christ has given.
As believers, we can easily put ourselves back into bondage by either failing to believe we truly are free or by adding rules to earn and justify our salvation. Doing either one distances us from Christ and His work on the Cross. It takes diligence to walk in faith. That diligence is most evident to others when they witness a believer’s love poured out on others faithfully.
What steps will you take to remain steadfast in your faith in Christ and demonstrate love to a fallen world?
Father God, You are my gracious Provider who gives generously to Your children. Lord, help me to be good steward of the gifts with which You have blessed me. Empower me to pour out Your grace and mercy to those around me. Lord, remove any self-imposed efforts I make to earn Your approval and love. Remind me that Your love is a gift, unending and never failing, that I can pour out generously to others knowing that You will continually replenish me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

About this Plan

We are going to experience Paul’s exhortation to the young Christians in Galatia (also meant for us) telling them that all that is necessary – all they need – is the gospel… the good news. Tim Keller says, “The gospel – the message that we are more wicked than we ever dared believe, but more loved and accepted in Christ than we ever dared hope – creates a radical new dynamic for personal growth, for obedience, for love.” And that makes our hearts sing! Galatians summarizes the gospel and what it means to our hearts. This, friends, is life changing.
