Growing in Faithનમૂનો
THE FIVE CENTS THAT HAD BEEN PROMISED BY DADDY
A friend told a conversation which he overheard between two little girls who were counting their money,
The first little girl said, "I have 5 cents."
The second little girl said, "I have 10 cents."
"Wrong," said the first little girl. "You only have 5 cents, just like me."
"No," answered the second little girl quickly, "My father promised that when he returned home tonight, he would give me 5 cents, so that means I have 10 cents."
The little girl's faith gave her evidence of what she had not seen. She counted it as something that she had already had because it had been promised by her father.
Reflection:
Faith means we believe that we will receive and experience what we have faith for even though we have not yet seen the evidence. If we have faith in God, do we believe that God will fulfil what we believe? Let our lives be filled with trust in the power of God, who can do everything.
God created two eyes for us: physical eyes and the eyes of faith. (John Chrysostom)

About this Plan
This devotion teaches how faith works in every believer's life. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11: 1). When we have strong faith, we will experience many miracles in our lives. May this devotion give us strength and build our faith that God will work in us and through us.
