The Power Of Godનમૂનો
Powerful...in His love, of course! 💖
This whole week we’ve explored multiple facets of God’s power. I’ve saved “the best for last!
The Bible emphasizes God’s love manifested through Jesus: “We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters.” (1 John 3:16, NLT)
God is powerful in His love! He became flesh by coming to Earth in the person of Jesus. His love is mighty: He offered His own Son, His only Son, as a sacrifice to reconcile us with Himself.
In this extraordinarily powerful gesture, God has done everything:
- He forgave us,
- He restored our broken relationship,
- He delivered us,
- He comforted us,
- He gave us eternal life.
Today, God wants to intercept you with His love, but not only you...He also wants you to spread it around you because He needs you to make it known!
By giving Jesus as an example, He’s inviting you to give up your life for your friends, your brothers.
I can reassure you: it’s not about "dying" as Jesus did, because He already did that on the cross for every person. Jesus is your model. He has always put others’ interests ahead of His own.
“Giving up your life” is:
- Bringing hope to those around you,
- Ministering to those in need,
- Helping your brothers and sisters in trials,
- Being generous,
- Remaining faithful,
- Loving at all times!
Yes, it’s doing everything like Jesus! And so, through you, through me, people will see God’s almightiness. Hallelujah!
Let’s pray together to become powerful witnesses...“Almighty God, how can I not praise You for who You are? I want to love like You, be able to give up my life for others as You already showed me by dying on the cross for me. Help me to share this Good News of salvation in Jesus Christ. In Jesus’s name, amen.”
Have a fantastic day in His presence!
