Now & Laterનમૂનો
No one really knows how long they will live . . . but what if you did? If you only had one year left on this earth, what would you do differently? How would your priorities change? Who would spend more time with? What would you spend more of your time doing—and less of your time doing?
You see, when you realize your time on earth is limited, you usually start to see things differently. The things and relationships that really matter in life start to matter MORE. And the things that don’t really matter in the long run—the clothes you wear, how that Netflix series ends, how many views your last Insta story got—start to matter a lot less.
This way of viewing the world is called wisdom, and it’s exactly what today’s verse is talking about.
And the good news? You don’t have to wait until you know how many days you have left to get this perspective. Today, take a moment to think through what would change if your days were numbered. Choose one change you can focus on making this week and mark off your calendar (on paper or on your phone) each day until the end of the week.
