Hillsong Worship - Easter Playlistનમૂનો
Our Father
Hannah Hobbs
This song is inspired by the Lord's Prayer. In Matthew 6:9-13, Jesus teaches us how to pray — when we sing this song, we're actually reminding ourselves to pray like Jesus instructed us!
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done
I love that we can gather in church together to sing in unity, to declare our adoration for our God. There's plenty of great songs that are reflections of God's love for us; expressions of our human experience of Him. But there's nothing quite like singing the truth of His Word, and lifting our voices with melodies of Scripture!
Easter is a time when people around the world are open to the message of Christ, and with so many visitors coming to our church services, I love that we can sing about 'Our Father'. Whatever preconceptions people might have about God, we get to help shape a picture for them of who He truly is. Some people might not know the true meaning of the Easter story, and we get the privilege of sharing the Good News — that the Cross actually signifies God's love, forgiveness, and grace towards us.
When we sing this song, we get the opportunity to show people that God is not distant, not angry, not removed, but He is near and loving and personal! He is an intimate God, He is our Father.

About this Plan
Easter weekend is the one time of year when Christians and non-Christians alike pause and take time to consider Jesus and what they believe about Him. In partnership with TheOverflow, this four day Devotional from Hillsong Worship dives deeper into the Easter message from four songs including a newly released single, O Praise The Name.
