Restore Your Faith: Trust God Despite Uncertaintyનમૂનો
Your Longing, My Desire
You, my daughter, are precious to Me. You, my daughter, are right in your longing. I love how you long. I love how you long for more of Me. There is so much more for you. There is so much more I have for you—and you discover the desires of your heart when you listen to your longing.
All longing is born from a heart unsatisfied. You can be satisfied in my love and yet you are unsatisfied, as you wonder how you can be with Me in this moment, right now. You wonder how I tell you there is no separation between us, how I am with you always, until the end of the age, and yet, still, I feel so far away.
Why, God, you ask, do you feel so far away? Why can’t I see you? Why can’t I feel you? I hear about your arms being around me. I hear about you coming for me, desiring to heal me, how you speak to me and how you reach out and touch this weary heart of mine. And yet, I wonder, really, if you are here, for me. God, are you really there?
Oh, daughter, I hear you. I hear you.
My daughter, I hear your cries in the night, the weariness and the frustration. I hear your joy when it comes, as well as the yells of exasperation and the cries of desperation and pain. Oh, daughter, I know.
I know it hurts sometimes, and I can tell you this: you have to trust Me more than the realities of the world in which you live. What you see all around you is not always the truth; it is not always what you should see.
My truth and the lies of this world will never match up. It is my desire that my truth penetrates this world. It is my desire that you take my words and you carry them in your heart so that your eyes see Me in this world, and your ears hear Me in it.
I desire you take my love for you and feel this world with my hands. I desire you let your feet travel where my feet lead you—my words to you, my love for you, guiding you. I will never ask you to go where I am not leading you first. Even in the places where it feels you are alone . . . if I am leading you there, I am there. I am with you. I am with you, my child.
So pray for my eyes to be your eyes. Pray for my ears to be your ears. Pray for my hands to be your hands. Pray for my feet to be your feet. Pray for my heart to be your heart. Yes, that is my desire: let my heart be your heart.
I have come for you, my daughter. My heart beats for you. Let the reality of my heart beating for you protect your heart and increase your longing for Me.
