SHE 31 - Woman Of Valourનમૂનો
How would your family and friends describe you? Your husband, your siblings, your children, your parents, you colleagues, your people? Would they say that you enrich their lives? That you bring them good and not harm all the day of your life? What a challenging thought.
Consider: Your reputation will go before you
Our Proverbs woman is spoken of well and spoken of highly. Her reputation precedes her, it goes before her. She is known as a woman who can be trusted. A hardworking woman who provides for her family. A woman of integrity. A woman who brings good to those around her. We need only read a few verses of this chapter to note that this is a woman of valour. And it all comes back to her character.
Context: Why bother?
To bring good and not harm to someone for all the days of your life sounds like a huge task. But every journey starts with one single step. Change is a process, not an event. Reputations are built over years. But the choice is made in a moment. We can choose to be someone that brings good to people. We can choose to be influencers for good. We can choose to be different and to turn away from the ways of the world.
Over to you: Ask yourself…..
Think of someone you know that brings good to your life
- What impact does their life have on yours?
- What elements of their character can you learn from and imitate?
- How can you bring good to someone’s life this week?

About this Plan
Whilst the Proverbs 31 woman can so easily be seen as an intimidating list of characteristics we can’t measure up to, we believe that it an inspiration of all that God celebrates in His daughters. A woman not only to be revered but also celebrated and imitated. This plan is the overflow of Freedom Church's women's' ministry SHE.
