Broken spirits must be encouraged. Joseph did that when meeting with his once murderous and then fearful brothers. Likewise, we shall forgive and release others from old hurt. How? This is what Joseph said, "You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people." - Genesis 50:20 (NLT)
Prayer: Lord, Your sovereignty is over and above all ungodly schemes. Help me to direct myself and others to look at Your goodness and not their sin, so the broken spirits in us can be encouraged. In Jesus' name. Amen.
