Pearls and Promises for Your MarriageSample
KNOW GOD'S HEART
Read Matthew 15:10-20.
Jesus says the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart. Think back through the past day. What things have you heard yourself say?
TAKE IT TO HEART
Read Luke 6:45.
Slowly and prayerfully read through today's Scripture. Copy and paste it into an email or text to yourself and/or write it on a 3x5 card and post it where you will see it - on your refrigerator, by your desk, or on your mirror. Hide it in your heart and meditate on it today.
SHARE GOD'S HEART
Focus again today on keeping your heart and mind set on things above. At the same time, ask the Holy Spirit to make you aware of each time your sin nature reveals itself in the things you say. Make a list of what He shows you.
Tonight plan a fun snack, dessert, or something else to bless your husband.
