We Grow: A Journey of Drawing Closer to GodSample
Day 61 of 365
In Mark 8, Jesus performs a miracle, feeding thousands with only a few loaves and fishes. The Holy Spirit invites us to see this as more than a meal—Jesus is showing us that He is our true Bread of Life, fulfilling not only our physical hunger but also our deepest spiritual needs. Though the disciples worried about having enough, they were holding baskets filled with His miraculous provision.
Leviticus 14 details the cleansing rituals for lepers, a reminder that true restoration comes from God alone. Just as the Holy Spirit purifies and renews us from within, God’s provision brings spiritual healing, making us whole in ways beyond our understanding.
Today, ask the Spirit to open your eyes to God’s abundant provision, both physically and spiritually. Reflect on the ways He has been faithful, and trust that His grace is more than sufficient for all you face today and in the days to come.

About this Plan
We Grow: A Journey of Drawing Closer to God is a 365-day Bible reading plan led by Bishop Gary Lewis, the General Overseer of the Church of God. The plan is designed to deepen your faith and understanding of God’s Word. Each day begins with a short devotional, followed by carefully curated Scripture readings, and concludes with the S.O.A.P. exercise—Scripture, Observation, Application, and Prayer. Through this plan, you’ll grow in biblical literacy, discover God’s mercy and purpose, and learn to partner with Him in His Kingdom work.
