We Grow: A Journey of Drawing Closer to GodSample
Day 364 of 365
In Malachi, God challenges His people to return to true worship, urging them to honor Him wholeheartedly rather than offering half-hearted devotion. This call to authentic worship reminds us of the importance of reverence and integrity in our relationship with God. In Revelation 21, we are granted a breathtaking vision of the New Jerusalem, where God dwells among His people in a place free from sorrow, pain, and sin. This glimpse of eternity encourages us to live with heaven in view, letting our present choices reflect our eternal hope.
The Holy Spirit opens our eyes to the beauty of God’s promises, helping us live with an eternal perspective even amid life’s struggles. When we set our hearts on the joy of eternity with God, we gain strength and resilience to live out our faith daily. Each act of worship, each choice for holiness, and each step in obedience brings us closer to that heavenly reality.
Today, ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with a sense of eternity. Let His presence guide your actions, inspire your worship, and shape your choices. May this eternal perspective bring hope and purpose to your life, as you live with the assurance of the glorious future God has prepared.

About this Plan
We Grow: A Journey of Drawing Closer to God is a 365-day Bible reading plan led by Bishop Gary Lewis, the General Overseer of the Church of God. The plan is designed to deepen your faith and understanding of God’s Word. Each day begins with a short devotional, followed by carefully curated Scripture readings, and concludes with the S.O.A.P. exercise—Scripture, Observation, Application, and Prayer. Through this plan, you’ll grow in biblical literacy, discover God’s mercy and purpose, and learn to partner with Him in His Kingdom work.
