I AM a Ready Woman: A Morning Meditation Series From Manifesther DailySample

One of the lessons I’ve learned about becoming a ready woman is that once you’ve surrendered to and come into agreement with God about who He has designed you to be and what you are meant to accomplish with your purpose, situations begin to work out much differently than you may have anticipated. This is because ready women, as we discussed on Day 3, are spiritually surrendered, love God, and are “called according to His purpose.”

“And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” Romans 8:28

When you are called according to God’s purpose, He will begin working everything together for you in ways you could not have predicted. The results—if you are patient in receiving them—are much better than you could have conceived. There are certain of God’s promises that are activated for you when you are in agreement with Him and full of purpose. You then begin to deeply understand that God’s promises outpace your expectations.

Our God “is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think,” according to Ephesians 3:20; ready women know and expect this. We have a high expectation of God to perform His will, knowing that His will is where our hearts are anchored. This is what trusting God looks like in action.

When you are a ready woman, you can expect promises of His presence, protection, and purpose as He works everything together for your good. Ready women are able to do the following:

1. Expect God’s presence: You’re committed to going to God for the solution and listening for His instruction. You cultivate a relationship with God.
2. Anticipate God’s protection: You know that God’s protection is His salvation. It’s also His solution, which manifests in everything concerning you. You trust God.
3. Realize His good purpose: You see how He works everything together for your good, even if it doesn’t occur on your timeline. You want His best, so you adopt His timeline.

Beautiful, remember to have grace with yourself as you develop deeper spiritual readiness. God is developing levels of peace, trust, and revelation in you as you remain in His presence daily.

Today’s Affirmation

God’s assurance comforts your heart today, reassuring you of His grace and love for you, causing you to see yourself the way He sees you. He is performing a great work through you, and you are experiencing the blessing of internal transformation and beauty. You have a peace today that you cannot explain, as you meditate on His love.
