Faith & Love: A One Year Bible Reading Plan - Part 1Näide

Ever seen a video in which seeds are taken from a pepper and planted in soil in a time-lapse? You can watch the pepper plant grow and how new peppers are harvested. To grow, a seed has to be planted in an environment that allows it to die.
God has given us different seeds and environments. It wouldn't make sense to plant an apple seed and harvest a pepper, would it?
A seed can have a generational impact if we let it die. We must be aware of its value. What is the best way to let a seed die? You remove it from the carrier and place it in an environment where it will have the ability to die. As soon as the seed dies, it becomes capable of growing and bearing fruit and can bless multiple people.
The time-lapse of growth reminds us of Jesus' words encouraging us to ensure the seeds we carry are valuable and have potential. A seed can flourish at any time, but it must be allowed to die and flourish in order to do so. A wise man once said, "A seed must leave your hand, but it will never leave your life".
When you allow the seed to leave your hand and flourish, the fruit will always reflect your understanding of the truth Jesus spoke.
